Inventory & fulfillment, in sync

One source of truth for inventory and fulfillment across your sales channels.

StockCalm syncs stock in real time, flags risky inventory before it oversells, and keeps replenishment and counts moving for Shopify teams with 50 to 500 SKUs.

What you get

Built for reliability from day one

Everything here serves one promise: inventory and fulfillment operations you can trust, without the complexity.

Sync & integration health

Webhook delivery and integration status stay visible from event receipt to inventory update.

Stocky migration

Replacing Stocky? Start with the operator surface your team will actually use.

StockCalm focuses on operational trust, clear inventory attention, and one install-first setup path for merchants moving off Stocky without reopening a planning-suite migration.

  • Trust-aware dashboard status for healthy, degraded, stale, and unknown sync states
  • A clear queue for stockouts and low-stock items, so operators know what to handle next.
  • One install-first path. No separate migration upsell or planning-suite scope you didn’t ask for.

What the move from Stocky looks like

healthydegradedstaleunknown
  1. 1Connect Shopify through the same tracked install you start here.
  2. 2Check sync status and the action queue before you roll it out to your team.
  3. 3Read the migration guide to see exactly what StockCalm covers today, and what it doesn’t.

What it doesn’t do

StockCalm handles sync, status, and the action queue. It is not the whole Stocky feature set. It won’t auto-migrate purchase orders, run forecasting suites, export native Stocky suppliers, or make direct Shopify inventory writes. We’d rather do less, reliably.

Why you can trust it

Trust backed by visible health

No borrowed logos or cherry-picked quotes. Dashboard sync health shows current status, while logged events and recovery playbooks give support the context to trace what happened.

  1. 1

    Dashboard sync health

Merchant-visible status shows whether the Shopify connection is current enough to trust.

  2. 2

    Webhook-to-update tracked

Support can trace when an event arrived, queued, and became visible in inventory state.

  3. 3

    Support context logged

Logged events preserve the context needed to explain what changed and why.

  4. 4

    Recovery path documented

Install and sync recovery follow a rerunnable playbook instead of an improvised support path.
